Yeah, my new Knit Picks Options – interchangeable needles set arrived today from Donyale.

Set looks cool. Tips are very pointy. Binder case cover is still black but has a nicer design on it than before. Case (or maybe it’s the plastic inserts) smell/s very plasticky, but hopefully that will fade with time. Can’t wait to try something out on it… but what? Lots of projects I want to do, but don’t have the right yarn yet… Just waiting for the right yarn and for a sale. I shouldn’t splurge too much. Should keep within reasonable budget for now.
Nearly finished with my Montego Bay Scarf (spring peach colour). Just a bit more plaiting of fringe to go. At first, I saw it in this yellowy pink colour, but could not find anything similar. Then tried holding two different coloured yarns together. At first, I was not impressed with how the colour turned out, but the colour has started to grow on me.
Need to take some pictures and get them loaded in. Perhaps when scarf is finally finished.
